TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to any tours booked with Silvergrass Adventures  as a contractual relationship between Silvergrass Adventures and yourself. Booking any tour with Silvergrass Adventures we understand that you have read carefully, agree and   accepting to be bound by these terms and conditions. The client who confirmed booking with Silvergrass Adventures is considered to be the selected contact person for all other clients named in that booking.

1: BOOKING AGREEMENT

A booking is confirmed and all the terms and conditions apply when Silvergrass Adventures received the agreed deposit and the client has received then written confirmation. A client must be above 18 years of age and agree to provide full and accurate information that will be required by Silvergrass Adventures.

2: Initial Deposits and final payments

Upon booking a tour with Silvergrass Adventures, a 20% deposit is required to secure the tour and necessary processes. All payments instructions will be communicated via email. A final payment of any tour booked is required to be made not less than 6 weeks prior tour start date. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the tour start date should be paid in full.

3: Travel Insurance

Silvergrass Adventures does not provide travel insurances, therefore the clients must insure they obtain travel insurances from their home country with the minimum recommended medical coverage, medical evacuation and repatriation coverage. The clients are advised to extend their coverage to include cancellation and other expenses that might arise as a result of damage, injury, loss, delay or any other inconveniences that may happen.

4: Images (Photos), Videos and Marketing.

Silvergrass Adventures reserves the right to use any video or photographs taken during the tour for marketing or any other advertising material.

5: Complaints

If the clients have any complaint whilst travelling they bring it to the attention of the company’s management on (email and phone no).  

6: Cancellation policy

Should you wish to cancel your confirmed safari package, you must inform us in writing.  There will be charges depending on the remaining number of day’s prior arrival date.

60 -45 days                               25% of the total safari cost

44 – 29 days                              60% of total safari cost

28 – 7 days                                90% of total safari cost

Less than 7 days                        100% of total Safari cost
